I started Zen Real Estate in late 2000s to create a better home purchase and sale experience for family and friends. Moving into a new home should be a joyous experience. But too often, the expense of buying or selling a home in the SF Bay Area creates financial and emotional stress even for well-established buyers and sellers. 

For the past three decades, I have used my knowledge as architect, commercial/residential property manager and Realtor to shape and build my residential real estate business.
